Welcome to Eggys' Kitchen! Before you proceed with any purchases, please carefully read and understand the following terms of service. By using my store and purchasing assets, you agree to abide by these terms.

While purchasing my site and/or getting free assets from my discord, “Eggys’ Kitchen”, you hereby agree to my terms.

“We, our, us” refer to me, Eggys, and my staff team (including, but not limited to: Admins, Mods, Upload Teams) 

“Assets” refer to items not attached to a completed model. “Avatar” refers to COMPLETE avatars. 

When purchasing from my site, you may not share, set as “public” on the VRChat SDK, or redistribute my assets or avatars. The only exception is a couple (partnered) avatars. These are a unique exception, and will allow you to only share once. (Please contact me for licensing inquiries, like if you have a new partner you would like to share this package with.) I allow editing of my avatars, so long as they are still recognizable to be my avatar (You may edit the avatar’s textures, and add simple clothing edits to your desire, as long as it’s noticeable to be by Eggys).

You may not make an avatar of my avatar and sell/share it with anyone. 

You may not use my assets off of another model without purchasing the assets from me first. I allow creators to edit Eggys assets, but not sell them (texture editing).

Freebies are unique and have their own special rules, avatars are still PERSONAL ONLY; while assets may be used freely with credit.

I allow the usage of personal and commercial products for all of my assets. My Avatars are strictly personal products, so only YOU (the buyer) are able to use them. Commercial usage is not limited to only personal avatars, but they may be sold as a product of its own so long that it is part of a COMPLETE avatar. All of my assets may be used on free, public, nitro, and paid models. However it is your responsibility to specifically mention that these assets may not be reused, and to give proper credit to Eggys (eggys.vrc) with a link to my shop (https://eggys.store)

Due to the nature of digital products, because of the inability to "return" digital goods once they've been delivered, I am unfortunately unable to give you refunds. I am not responsible for Avatars or Assets “breaking”. However, I will do my best to resolve your issue, please send me a ticket on my server and I will try to help you.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in a DMCA strike against you, and you will be subjected to a lawsuit.

By making a purchase from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service. I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
